Welcome to Physical Express Primary Care!

As many of you already know, Physical Express has been caring for patients in the Millbrook, Alabama community for 13 years now!  What you may not know, is that we are now offering both urgent care services and primary care services!  We have expanded to three clinics in the Millbrook, Holtville and Pine Level communities and we have grown to a five provider practice with Dr. Allen (Doc) at the ship helm!  Andrew Atkins, CRNP joins Doc at the Millbrook office seeing urgent care patients, while Rebecca Buckalew, CRNP sees primary care patients at this location.  Carey Williams, CRNP sees both urgent care and primary care patients in our Holtville clinic while Lindsey Barton, CRNP handles urgent care and primary care in the Pine Level location.
